Shipping policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery: We offer free shipping on all US orders. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships so you can follow it right to your door.

Delays: Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, holidays, peak volume). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email linenluma@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
